Robert (Bob) Paul Sillick was born May 11, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York to Virginia (Leoniak) Sillick and Edward Sillick.  The family moved a number of times during Bob’s early years, finally settling in Columbus, Ohio in 1955.

Virginia (Gini) Elaine Kellogg was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on October 23, 1951. She was the first child of Henrietta and Joseph Kellogg.
