Linda Gale Vaccaro

January 4, 1950 - March 19, 2026

Linda Gale Vaccaro (Seber) passed away on March 19, 2026. Born on January 4, 1950, in Stockton, California, Linda was the cherished daughter of Ramona and Glenn Seber. She grew up as the second of four children and held the unique position of being the only girl, a role she took on with a profound sense of responsibility and a deep, enduring affection for her three brothers.

Linda’s natural inclination toward care became evident from a remarkably young age. She possessed a great skill and passion for cooking, an aptitude that blossomed so quickly that she was competently preparing full meals by the time she was only seven years old. As her younger brothers joined the family, Linda naturally stepped into the role of a devoted, surrogate caregiver. She watched over them with warmth, attentiveness, and a nurturing spirit that foreshadowed her future professional path.

One of the most treasured relationships in Linda's life was with her beloved Grandmother Irene. Linda spent countless hours with her, creating cherished memories while cooking together, engaging in meaningful conversation, and simply enjoying the comfort of her loving company. As Irene aged, she came to depend more and more on Linda for care, companionship, and support—a role that Linda embraced with unwavering devotion and joy.

Linda found the love of her life in John Vaccaro. They were married on the romantic day of February 14, 1982, a date that perfectly encapsulated the deep, enduring love they shared. Following their marriage, the couple settled in Denver, Colorado, where they built a profoundly loving and happy life together. Their devotion to each other was the cornerstone of their marriage, fostering a supportive environment where they encouraged one another's personal growth and professional aspirations. John was Linda's greatest advocate and partner throughout their 44 years together.

Driven by a powerful desire to extend her natural caregiving instincts into a professional calling, Linda pursued a career in nursing. In 1990, she successfully earned an Associates of Science, Nursing degree from the Community College of Denver. Immediately upon graduation, she passed the required state licensure examination to become a Registered Nurse. Linda dedicated many years of her professional life to Denver Health, where she served within the Gastroenterology Department. During her time there, she was not only known for her exceptional clinical competence and meticulous attention to patient care but also, and perhaps more importantly, for the profound kindness, empathy, and genuine warmth she extended to every patient and colleague.

Linda’s enduring legacy is one of unwavering devotion to family, profound professional commitment, and a loving, generous spirit.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, John Vaccaro. She is also survived by her brothers, Bob and Larry, and their wives. Linda leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews whom she adored, as well as a countless number of lifelong friends who were blessed by her presence and steadfast loyalty.

Linda is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Ramona and Glenn Seber; her cherished Grandmother, Irene; and her brother, Bill.

A celebration of Linda's remarkable life is currently being planned by the family, and details regarding the service will be shared at a later date.
