Sonia Sarita Foote

October 23, 1956 - August 5, 2025

Sonia, a beloved wife, mother, sister and friend; loved her family, being outdoors and making genuine connections. She was an avid reader and enjoyed a hot bath with a good book. She took pleasure in reading the NYT recipes and was constantly trying new things. This made Rich one lucky diner. She was a care taker at heart. In addition to her career as a nurse, she would carry extra food in her car to pass out to those in need.

She is survived by her husband, Rich; children, Ben and Sarah (Carter); siblings, Sandy, Joane, Marcia, Steve, Tim, Lisa, and Desiree as well as two granchildren, Anna and Dallen.

Her family always came first. Sonia passed peacefully at home on August 5, 2025 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.
